Taxidermy Log Sheet

Description

This is the UK standard approved Log Sheet for taxidermists to download in MS Word or PDF format, and customise and use for their own business.

I originally created this in 1999 and released it in 2000 after negotiation with DEFRA (Now Animal Health), the RSPB and RSPCA.  Filled in correctly, it is what is required by UK wildlife legislation.
