Taxidermy Log Sheet

Description

This is the UK standard approved Log Sheet, this is for other taxidermists to customise and use for there own business.

I originally created this in 1999 and released it in 2000 after negotiation with DEFRA (Now animal Health) the RSPB and RSPCA. The sheet filled in correctly is what is required by UK Wildlife legislation.

The Log Sheet can be downloaded in MS Word or PDF format for you to customise.
