Mike joined the UK Guild of Taxidermists, the recognised organisation supporting taxidermy in the UK, in 1980 and is was a Committee Member of the Guild for over ten years being webmaster, Photographer, lecturer, judge, plus many other duties.

Mike also runs dedicated beginner taxidermy training courses and has written a Beginner Book on Small Mammals.  This is available from UKTaxidermy.co.uk at the moment and has free worldwide shipping.  Mike is working on a bird book and this will be listed as soon as it is completed.
